Thank you for your order from the IRONMAN Oceania Online store. We understand purchasing online can be difficult which is why we are happy to assist in an exchange ensuring the below:

·         Exchange within 30 working days from receipt of payment. 

·         Our online store does not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

·         Returned items must be in their original condition, unused and unwashed with tags still attached. Please take care when trying on any item. If any item is deemed unsellable, we will return this back to the customer. 

·         In the case of items being exchanged e.g. For another size, this will be at your own cost. We request you provide a pre-paid postal satchel in the return parcel so we can then post your new product out to you. 

·         We will try our best to exchange the product, however, this request cannot always be filled and is subject to product availability.
